Disc springs are used to absorb shocks and vibrations generated by various mechanisms.
Springs can be manufactured for operation in different environments and at different temperatures.
According to their implementation springs are subdivided into types:
- springs with sloping edges on the outer and inner diameter;
- springs with sloping edges on the outer and inner diameter, and reference planes at a thickness of springs of more than 1.0 mm;
- springs with parallel edges on the outer and inner diameters;
- springs with parallel edges on the outer and inner diameter, and reference planes at a thickness of springs of more than 1.0 mm;
According to the accuracy of the controlled parameters springs are subdivided into types:
- springs with limit deviation of the deformation force +\-5%.They are assigned to springs with a thickness of more than 3.0 mm in technically justified cases
- springs with limit deviation of the deformation force +\-10%. They are assigned to springs with a thickness of more than 1.0 mm
- springs with limit deviation of the deformation force +\-20%. They are assigned to springs of any thickness.
The equipment of the enterprise allows to manufacture disc springs according to drawings and samples of the customer. Manufacturing of disc springs is performed according to GOST 3057-90 of steel of GOST 14963-78 60S2A, 65Г GOST 14959-79. Sheet thickness is up to 30mm, spring outer diameter is up to 800mm.
If required, a disc spring is subjected to greasing or anti-corrosion galvanized finish.
